(kruː) noun. A "krewe" refers to a social club or organization. This term originated in the early 19th century by the Mistick Krewe of Comus in New Orleans, who used it during their organization of Mardi Gras in 1857

Chase Garnham
Head of Recruiting
Chase brings eight years of versatile recruiting experience to the table, having worked with notable clients like AirBnB, CoinDesk, and Uniswap Foundation. His career took off as the eighth employee at IQTalent Partners, which evolved into a 300-person firm recognized as Nashville’s top search firm. Chase's broad industry knowledge makes him a generalist, excelling in both high-volume IC recruiting and executive placements. He has a knack for building robust systems and processes, and fostering relationships.
In 2020, he joined the boutique search firm, Position Co, where he honed his skills in running a streamlined recruiting operation. Chase is passionate about simplifying the recruitment process to facilitate effective matches between firms and talent.
Marc Rose
Head of Business Development
Marc has over 15 years in Sales and Marketing, and experience with brands like Audi, Lindt, and Starbucks. Before shifting to web3, he held a strategic role in traditional banking at Scotiabank. He began his web3 journey in 2017 as a retail investor, but deepened his involvement in 2020 with the rise of smart contracts and DeFi.
For the last two years, he has been a contributor to web3 projects in consulting roles focused on Marketing and Growth. He has worked closely with a variety of ecosystems, dApps, and foundations. Marc is dedicated to helping startups scale effectively by hiring for the right roles and finding the best possible candidates.
